How to Enter Online Horse Shows

Follow these simple steps to enter our online horse shows. Whether you're new or experienced, this guide walks you through the full process, from choosing your classes to receiving your rosettes.


1. Choose Your Classes

  • Scroll through the Online Horse Showing schedule to find the classes you'd like to enter.

  • Click on the class and read the full description and judging criteria. (On mobile, scroll down beneath the entry form to see the criteria.)

  • Matching your image to the class theme gives you the best chance at placing.

2. Submit Your Entry

  • Enter your full name and your horse’s name.

  • Upload your photo entry that meets the class criteria.

  • Add the class to your basket.

  • Repeat the process for each additional class you'd like to enter.

3. Complete Checkout

  • Click the basket icon or select "Go to Checkout."

  • Enter your email address and agree to our Terms & Conditions.

  • Add your shipping details carefully, rosettes will be posted to this address.

  • Select "Free Shipping" for UK entries.

International competitors will be invoiced separately after the show based on the parcel size and weight. More details are available below in our shipping section.

4. Make Payment

  • Pay via PayPal or by card.

  • Your entries will be uploaded within 3 working days, or before the show closes.

Once judging is complete, results will be announced. Rosettes will be shipped automatically to your provided address.



Entry Fees and Shipping

How much does it cost to enter Online Horse Showing?

  • Standard class entry: £3.50

  • Rosettes awarded for 1st to 10th place in every paid-for class

  • First-place winners may receive prizes or free entries from our sponsors (additional postage may apply)


How does postage work?

UK Postage:

  • Free 2nd Class Royal Mail or equivalent

  • Optional upgrades available (tracked, next-day, etc.)

International Postage:

  • You’ll be invoiced separately after the show

  • International Standard shipping is used by default

  • Tracked shipping is recommended for parcels with high value

  • International Standard only covers up to £20, consider upgrading for full coverage. If your parcel goes missing without this upgrade, your rosettes may not be recovered.

Free Class Opportunities

How can I get a free entry?

  • For every 2 paid entries (excluding charity or "Everyone’s a Winner"), you get 1 free class. There is a specific free class each month

  • 4 paid entries = 2 free class entries, and so on

What is the Second Chance Class?

  • If you didn’t place in 2 paid classes last month, you qualify for this free class



How Judging Works

  • Judging is done by a mix of our in-house team and trusted sponsors

  • All judges are experienced in the equine industry or their relevant field

  • Each judge receives strict criteria based on class descriptions

  • Judges assess based on:

    • Turnout

    • Presentation

    • Match the class theme

    • Technical accuracy (e.g., position in jumping classes)

  • The judge’s decision is final

Championships and Points

How do I become a Champion?

  • All 1st and 2nd place winners are put forward to be their Ring Championship

  • Championships are judged as fresh classes, previous results don’t carry over

  • Each ring will crown a Champion and a Reserve Champion.

These go on to compete for:

  • Supreme Champion

  • Reserve Supreme Champion

  • End of Year Ring Champion

Final judging is done by a different person for fairness and variety.


Watermarked Photos

Watermarked images are allowed only if:

  • You have purchased the image

  • The watermark is small and does not block the horse

Images with full overlaid watermarks must include written proof of permission from the photographer.
