Claiming Your Prizes
If you placed 1st in a sponsored class within our online horse show, please get in touch with the sponsor using the link shown next to your class result.
Prizes for non-sponsored classes will be sent with your rosettes, depending on the customs laws in your country.
For competitors outside the UK, a postage invoice will be emailed before prizes and rosettes are posted. Rosettes are held for up to six months.
Free Entry Credits
Free entry credits for our online horse shows can be claimed through the website.
If you have won any entry credits, these can be claimed by emailing jasmine@onlinehorseshowing.com.
Please use your credits before August 5th, 2026, at 9 pm BST, which is the closing date for our next online horse showing competition.

Didn’t place in our June 2026 online horse show?
Not every entry can place, but if you didn’t receive a placing in the June 2026 show, you may still be able to claim one of the following rewards.
Free Entry Credit – If you entered two or more paid classes and didn’t receive a placing, you can claim one free entry for the next Online Horse Show. Please claim this via the website.
Second Chance Class – If you entered two or more paid classes and didn’t place, you can enter our Second Chance Class, where the judge chooses their personal favourites. This class is called The Judge’s Choice and can be entered via the entry page.
Newcomers Participation Rosette – If you entered the Newcomers Class along with at least one other paid class, excluding charity classes, and didn’t place, you’ll still receive a special participation rosette.
48-Hour Bonus Class – Competitors with two or more paid entries and no placings also receive a free Bonus Class entry. This class opens for around 48 hours after judging ends, and winners are announced on social media. Please note this excludes the charity class.
Shipping Information
UK Entrants
Free Second Class postage is included.
You can upgrade to Tracked 24 if you prefer.
Upgrade invoices are sent by email if selected.
International Entrants
Postage is worked out based on parcel size and weight.
We’ll email a postage invoice before sending your rosettes.
Prizes are sent as gifts, with rosettes and small items valued at £3.50 each.

We recommend that Points League rosettes, Champion and Supreme rosettes or sashes, and end-of-year extras be sent using a tracked option. These awards will not be replaced if they are lost or damaged without tracking.
Delivery Options
International Standard – Default option with £20 compensation
Tracked – Best for 5+ rosettes, insured up to £50 or £250
Signed For – Used where required by postal rules
Please note that international postage fees are separate from entry costs. Choosing tracked or upgraded postage gives your parcel a better chance of arriving safely.
