How do I enter an online horse show?

You can enter using the entry form on our website. Simply choose your classes, upload your photos, add your details, and complete your payment.

Regular classes are £3.50 to enter. Special classes, including Everyone’s a Winner, are £7.00.

You can find all of our Online Horse Showing rules on the rules page.

We accept PayPal, card payments, BACS, cheques, postal orders, and cash. The easiest way to pay is through our online entry form.

Yes, we welcome entries from around the world.

The closing date for each show is listed on the Enter Here page.

Entries can take up to 3 working days to appear, depending on the closing date and how busy the show is.

All entries can be viewed on the Entries page.

Results are first shared on social media and then published on the website within 3 days of the show closing date.

Rosettes are awarded for 1st to 10th place in all paid classes. They are posted automatically after the show closes, usually within 2 weeks. If you are entering from outside the UK, you will need to complete a postage invoice.

Rosettes are not guaranteed unless you enter Everyone’s a Winner. Newcomers can also win a token rosette by entering both the Newcomers class and another paid class. In larger classes, we may also award special single-tier rosettes.

UK entrants do not pay extra unless they would like tracked postage. International entrants pay the exact cost of postage.

Free entries from loyalty cards, wins, or unplaced entries can be claimed through the entry form.

The latest Points League can be viewed on the Points League page.

If you are interested in sponsoring with us, please visit our sponsor page and get in touch using the contact form.

We work with a range of judges to help ensure fairness across all classes.

Basic editing is allowed, but you must not alter your horse’s natural appearance. Some classes may have stricter rules, so please check the class details carefully before entering.

Unless a class specifically asks for extra text, any additional information will not be added to your photo. If needed, you may add it directly to the image yourself, although adding text is not encouraged unless you are asked to do so.

If you still need help, please feel free to get in touch at jasmine@onlinehorseshowing.com and we will be happy to help.
