FREE ENTRY CLAIMS
Single Claim Only (per eligibility)
CLAIM INFORMATION
Available to exhibitors who won a free entry in last month’s show, have a valid loyalty card entry, or won an entry via a competition. Eligible competitors must submit their entry using this form within the valid timeframe.
IMPORTANT NOTES
• Entries won in last month’s show do not carry over and will not be awarded if not claimed before the deadline
• Only one loyalty card entry may be claimed per month
• Free entries for not placing may only be claimed if none of your entries placed at all, including specials
• Entries cannot be claimed on behalf of another person
• All details entered must exactly match the information held on record for the entry to be uploaded
• Please read the rules for the relevant class before submitting, images that do not meet criteria will be refusedFailure to comply with any of the above will result in the entry being automatically refused.
